Job Summary

As the Key Account Manager for Partnership, Growth, and Sales, you will manage and nurture key client relationships, identify growth opportunities, and drive sales revenue. You will serve as a crucial link between our organization and valued clients, ensuring their needs are met while fostering long-term partnerships.

Responsibilities

  • Client Relationship Management:

    • Serve as the primary point of contact for key clients, understanding their business objectives and challenges.
    • Build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with clients, ensuring client satisfaction and retention.
    • Conduct regular check-ins and reviews to assess client needs and provide solutions.
  • Partnership Development:

    • Identify and pursue strategic partnership opportunities with key clients to enhance mutual growth and success.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute partnership strategies.
    • Negotiate and finalize partnership agreements, ensuring they align with the company's goals.
  • Sales Growth:

    • Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed revenue targets.
    • Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within key accounts to maximize sales.
    • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify potential areas for growth.
  • Account Planning:

    • Develop account plans for key clients, outlining objectives, strategies, and action plans.
    • Monitor and track account performance against set goals and KPIs.
    • Provide regular reports and updates to the management team.
  • Customer Advocacy:

    • Act as a customer advocate within the organization, ensuring that client feedback and needs are considered in product development and service improvements.

Qualifications

  • Proven track record of at least 2 years in key account management, partnership development, and sales within banking, insurance, and finance industries.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
  • Strong understanding of client relationship management and sales processes.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
  • Results-oriented with a focus on achieving and exceeding targets.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
