Job Summary

The Staff Engineer specializing in SAP Human Experience Management will play a crucial role in managing and optimizing the SAP S4 Human Capital Management (HCM) and Payroll systems. This position requires extensive knowledge of payroll processes, particularly within the UAE context. The candidate will collaborate with technical teams to enhance system functionalities and ensure seamless integration.

Responsibilities

• Manage and support SAP S4 HCM and Payroll system implementation and operations.
• Configure and support Business Intelligence and Transactional Processes (BIB and PTP) integrations.
• Write Payroll Calculation Rules (PCR) within the payroll schema and collaborate with the technical team on functional specifications for custom programs.
• Provide expertise in Middle Eastern payroll processes and regulations.
• Collaborate with SuccessFactors Employee Central to facilitate BIB and PTP integration support.
• Conduct system testing and validation to ensure accuracy and compliance.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 7 years of experience in SAP S4 HCM and Payroll systems, particularly in UAE payroll.
• Strong knowledge of BIB and PTP integration configuration and support.
• Proficiency in writing PCRs in payroll schema.
• Experience working with technical teams to create functional specifications for custom solutions.
• Familiarity with Middle Eastern payroll practices.
• Knowledge of SuccessFactors Employee Central and its integration capabilities.
• A degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
