Role Overview:
We're seeking a strategic and tech-savvy ABM Specialist to lead our account-based marketing programs. This is a high-impact role where you'll work on signal intelligence, intent-based targeting, and AI-powered account engagement. The ideal candidate will be a B2B marketing professional with a technical mindset and hands-on experience in enterprise or SaaS ABM campaigns - preferably in fast-paced, early-stage environments.
Key Responsibilities:
● Own and execute end-to-end ABM programs focused on mid-market and enterprise accounts
● Conduct deep account intelligence research to identify key decision-makers, buying signals, and intent data
● Develop personalized ad campaigns, email sequences, and engagement strategies based on account behavior
● Collaborate with product marketing, sales, and dev rel teams to align messaging and content
● Work closely with dev rel to map marketing efforts to product feedback loops and developer communities
● Leverage AI tools and marketing automation platforms to optimize campaigns and measure ROI
● Analyze campaign performance across channels and recommend improvements
● Stay on top of ABM trends, competitive landscapes, and market dynamics
What We’re Looking For:
● 4–5+ years of hands-on ABM experience, ideally in B2B SaaS or infrastructure domains
● Strong expertise in account intelligence, intent data, and ABM tools (6sense, Demandbase, etc.)
● Background in engineering or BCA with a transition into marketing is preferred
● Experience working closely with developer relations or technical marketing teams
● Familiarity with AI tools and martech stacks
● Ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously with a high degree of autonomy
● Comfortable working in an early-stage, fast-moving startup environment
● Not from an SEO, content marketing, or pure lead gen background
● Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
