Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Performance Marketing Lead to own and scale Thrillophilia's paid acquisition engine. This role is crucial for driving customer acquisition, improving funnel efficiency, reducing Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC), and delivering profitable growth across various paid channels. Unlike typical campaign management roles, this position encompasses overall revenue ownership.

Responsibilities

  • Performance Marketing & Growth

    • Own end-to-end paid acquisition across Google, Meta, YouTube, Bing, affiliates, retargeting, and emerging channels.
    • Drive high-quality customer acquisition while optimizing CAC, lead quality, and contribution margins.
    • Manage budget allocation, campaign scaling, and acquisition efficiency.
    • Build scalable growth systems across paid media channels.
  • Funnel & Conversion Optimization

    • Optimize the customer journey from ad click to inquiry, qualified lead, and booking.
    • Improve landing page performance, lead quality, and conversion rates.
    • Partner with Product, CRM, Creative, and Sales teams to maximize funnel efficiency.
  • Experimentation & Creative Excellence

    • Lead structured A/B testing across creatives, audiences, messaging, offers, and landing pages.
    • Collaborate with creative teams to develop high-performing ad creatives and user-generated content (UGC) led campaigns.
    • Drive a high-velocity experimentation culture focused on continuous optimization.
  • Data, Attribution & Analytics

    • Own key metrics including CAC, Return on Ad Spend (ROAS), contribution margins, conversion rates, and lead quality.
    • Strengthen attribution across acquisition channels and customer journeys.
    • Build reporting frameworks and actionable performance dashboards.
    • Identify growth opportunities and scaling levers through data-driven insights.
  • Leadership & Collaboration

    • Work closely with Growth, Product, CRM, Analytics, Creative, and Sales teams.
    • Manage agency partners and ensure high execution standards.
    • Build scalable acquisition playbooks to support future business growth.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in performance marketing, specifically in digital advertising.
  • Strong analytical skills with a data-driven mindset.
  • Proficiency in managing paid media campaigns across multiple platforms.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to lead and motivate cross-functional teams.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience in the travel or tourism industry is a plus.
  • Familiarity with advanced analytics tools and marketing technologies.
  • Certification in Google Ads, Facebook Blueprint, or related platforms.

Experience

  • Minimum 5+ years of experience in performance marketing or related fields.
