Responsibilities:

1. Preparing Project Estimates:

   • Create detailed cost estimates, including materials, labor, and other expenses.
   • Ensure accuracy and alignment with the proposed design.

2. Obtaining BOQs and Checking Profit Margins:

   • Collect the Bill of Quantities (BOQ) from vendors and suppliers.
   • Verify that all furniture and materials match design drawings.
   • Analyze and ensure profitability by reviewing profit margins.

3. Client Payment Management:

   • Request payments from clients in a timely and professional manner.
   • Align payment schedules with project timelines and budgets.

4. Vendor Payment Management:

   • Release payments to vendors and suppliers promptly.
   • Verify invoice accuracy and ensure all vendors are paid in full.

5. Sharing Client Payment Receipts:

   • Provide clients with receipts for payments made.
   • Maintain transparency to prevent payment disputes.

6. Preparing Purchase and Sale Orders:

   • Create purchase orders (PO) and sales orders (SO).
   • Obtain vendor quotes, negotiate pricing, and ensure orders meet project requirements.
