Job Summary

The Head of Procurement is a high-impact leadership role responsible for overseeing end-to-end procurement within the organization. This position reports directly to the CEO and plays a crucial role in managing procurement across food, non-food, and supply chain categories. The individual will be tasked with large-scale sourcing operations, driving cost efficiencies, fostering vendor partnerships, and creating scalable procurement processes that align with the company's strategic goals.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the procurement function across food, non-food, and supply chain categories.
• Oversee large-scale sourcing operations to ensure cost-effective and quality procurement.
• Develop and maintain strong partnerships with key vendors and suppliers.
• Implement procurement strategies to drive cost efficiencies and enhance supply chain performance.
• Build and establish scalable procurement processes to support business growth.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with company objectives.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in procurement or supply chain management, preferably in the food or any industry.
• Strong leadership and management skills with the ability to influence and drive change.
• Excellent negotiation and vendor management skills.
• Analytical mindset with a focus on data-driven decision making.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field; a Master's degree or relevant certification is preferred.

Experience

• Minimum of 12-15 years of experience in procurement roles, with at least 3-5 years in a leadership position.
