AI Engineer – Full Stack

Job Summary

We are looking to grow our AI innovation lab team to expand the AI product lines currently deployed with large financial institutions. This is an exciting opportunity to collaborate with some of the industry's smartest domain experts to build AI-driven, cutting-edge enterprise applications for the banking and financial services industry.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy end-to-end AI-driven applications using modern AI stacks.
• Fine-tune and implement Large Language Models (LLMs) for practical use cases in the Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance (BFSI) sectors.
• Build intelligent multi-agent systems and multi-step reasoning pipelines.
• Develop smart workflows utilizing frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, and similar tools.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate backend systems using FastAPI, Node.js, and other technologies.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with AI Agents and LLM-based applications.
• Experience with LangChain, LangGraph, and RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) pipelines.
• Proficiency in Python and experience with backend integration (e.g., FastAPI, Node.js).
• Understanding of LLM fine-tuning, deployment, and inference optimization.
• Educational qualifications: B.Tech/B.E. in any specialization, B.Sc in Data Science, Computer Technology, Mathematics, Computers, Statistics, Computer Science, Electronics, IT, or BCA in any specialization.

Preferred Skills

• Familiarity with additional AI frameworks and tools.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Excellent collaboration and communication abilities.
