Job Summary
The Social Media Manager/Associate will be responsible for leading &Done’s social media strategy across various platforms. This role focuses on building an engaged community around haircare and self-care, collaborating with design and video teams, and ensuring that our brand remains culturally relevant and impactful in the beauty industry.
Responsibilities
- Lead &Done’s social media strategy, content creation, and execution across relevant platforms.
- Build and nurture an engaged social media community focused on haircare and self-care.
- Collaborate with design and video teams to develop compelling and visually appealing content.
- Track trends and plan content calendars to keep the brand culturally relevant.
- Partner with influencers and creators to enhance brand visibility.
- Monitor performance and optimize strategies based on insights and analytics.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
- Experience: A minimum of 2 years managing a highly engaging brand or personal social media account.
- Knowledge: Deep understanding of social media platforms including Instagram and YouTube Shorts.
- Skillset: A sharp eye for design, storytelling, and insights into the preferences of the Indian beauty consumer.
- Personal Branding: A confident woman with a strong on-camera presence and a personal social media following of 10K+.
- Interest: A genuine passion for haircare, beauty, wellness, and thoughtful content creation.
Preferred Skills
- Familiarity with emerging social media formats and trends.
- Experience in community management and engagement strategies.
- Understanding of analytics tools for monitoring social media performance.
Experience
- At least 2 years of experience in social media management or a related field with a focus on brand engagement.
