Job Summary
The Area Manager for Loan Against Property (LAP) is responsible for selling LAP products and executing strategies that align with regional goals. This role emphasizes relationship management, customer-centricity, and effective operational execution to achieve high performance.
Responsibilities
- Sell Loan Against Property (LAP) products for the organization.
- Plan and execute the LAP strategy monthly and quarterly to surpass regional goals.
- Identify potential channel partners and ensure tie-ups align with the business plan and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Manage relationships with Direct Selling Agents (DSA), connectors, and individual concerns to generate business leads.
- Control and monitor the distribution network while planning sales promotion activities.
- Handle documentation and assist customers in building application files, resolving issues effectively.
- Collaborate with support functions to ensure optimal Turnaround Time (TAT) and service delivery.
- Provide feedback to customers regarding loan status and required resolutions.
- Foster a culture of customer satisfaction across all levels of the team.
- Maintain a comprehensive database and Management Information System (MIS) while reporting regularly.
- Cross-sell insurance and related products.
Qualifications
- Education: Postgraduate Diploma in Management (PGDM) or Master of Business Administration (MBA) from a reputable institution, with a specialization in sales and marketing or finance.
- Experience: 3 to 5 years in Sales, particularly in selling LAP products is essential.
- Age: Up to 30 years.
