Job Summary

The Fullstack Lead Engineer will be responsible for leading engineering teams to deliver high-quality software solutions. This role requires a blend of technical expertise and strong leadership skills to ensure that projects align with the organization's goals and meet the needs of stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Manage and mentor engineering teams consisting of 10+ members.
• Oversee the development and implementation of backend systems using Java, microservices, and RESTful APIs.
• Implement messaging queues and distributed systems, focusing on serverless architectures (e.g., AWS Lambda).
• Collaborate with frontend developers to ensure seamless integration using modern JavaScript build tools such as Babel, Webpack, and NPM.
• Design and maintain scalable system architectures while adhering to MVC frameworks and stateless design principles.
• Facilitate communication between stakeholders to gather requirements and present solutions effectively.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5-8 years of experience in engineering roles, with at least 3 years in a leadership capacity.
• Proficient in backend technologies: Java, microservices, RESTful APIs, messaging queues, and distributed systems.
• Experience with serverless architecture, particularly on AWS or similar cloud platforms.
• Familiarity with tools such as Git and CI/CD pipelines.
• Strong understanding of MVC frameworks and scalable system architecture.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, presentation, and stakeholder collaboration abilities.
• Preferred Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

Preferred Skills

• Additional experience with frontend technologies is a plus.
• Knowledge of agile methodologies and software development best practices.
