UX Designer
Job Summary
The UX Designer will play a crucial role in shaping how users interact with our digital products. This position involves researching user needs, developing wireframes and prototypes, and collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to ensure intuitive, user-friendly interfaces. The UX Designer will help drive the organization’s goal of delivering seamless and engaging user experiences in every project.
Responsibilities
- Conduct user research to understand target audiences, behaviors, and pain points.
- Develop wireframes, user flows, and prototypes to illustrate design concepts and interactions.
- Design high-quality user interfaces that align with product requirements and brand guidelines.
- Collaborate with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to translate requirements into effective UX solutions.
- Test designs with users and iterate based on feedback and analytics.
- Document and present design processes, choices, and outcomes to team members and management.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in prototyping methods and tools (such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar).
- Strong skills in user interface (UI) design, including layout, color theory, and typography.
- Experience with wireframing and flowchart design to visualize user journeys.
- Knowledge of user research methods (e.g., interviews, surveys, usability testing).
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a UX design role.
Preferred Skills
- Experience working in agile or cross-functional development teams.
- Familiarity with front-end development technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript).
- Understanding of accessibility standards and best practices.
- Experience with motion design or micro-interactions.
- Portfolio demonstrating UX design skills and process.
Experience
- Minimum 2 years of experience in UX design or a related field.
- Proven track record of designing user-centric digital products or services.
Environment
- Work location: Bangalore.
- Collaborative office environment with regular interaction with multidisciplinary teams.
- May require occasional user testing or field research in various settings.
- Flexible start date within 15 days of offer acceptance.
Salary
- INR 1,000,000 – 2,000,000 per annum.
