UX Designer

Job Summary

The UX Designer will play a crucial role in shaping how users interact with our digital products. This position involves researching user needs, developing wireframes and prototypes, and collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to ensure intuitive, user-friendly interfaces. The UX Designer will help drive the organization’s goal of delivering seamless and engaging user experiences in every project.

Responsibilities

• Conduct user research to understand target audiences, behaviors, and pain points.
• Develop wireframes, user flows, and prototypes to illustrate design concepts and interactions.
• Design high-quality user interfaces that align with product requirements and brand guidelines.
• Collaborate with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to translate requirements into effective UX solutions.
• Test designs with users and iterate based on feedback and analytics.
• Document and present design processes, choices, and outcomes to team members and management.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in prototyping methods and tools (such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar).
• Strong skills in user interface (UI) design, including layout, color theory, and typography.
• Experience with wireframing and flowchart design to visualize user journeys.
• Knowledge of user research methods (e.g., interviews, surveys, usability testing).
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a UX design role.

Preferred Skills

• Experience working in agile or cross-functional development teams.
• Familiarity with front-end development technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript).
• Understanding of accessibility standards and best practices.
• Experience with motion design or micro-interactions.
• Portfolio demonstrating UX design skills and process.

Experience

• Minimum 2 years of experience in UX design or a related field.
• Proven track record of designing user-centric digital products or services.

Environment

• Work location: Bangalore.
• Collaborative office environment with regular interaction with multidisciplinary teams.
• May require occasional user testing or field research in various settings.
• Flexible start date within 15 days of offer acceptance.

Salary

• INR 1,000,000 – 2,000,000 per annum.
