Full-stack Developer

Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Full-stack Developer to join our dynamic team in Bangalore, India as Founding Engineer. This role involves designing, developing, and maintaining both front-end and back-end components of our tools. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality software solutions that align with our company’s goals.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement scalable web applications using Python and JavaScript frameworks.
• Develop and maintain server-side applications using FastAPI and the Django Framework.
• Collaborate with the DevOps team to enhance deployment processes and ensure system reliability.
• Implement AI-driven features and functionalities by building AI Agents.
• Work closely with the front-end team to integrate user-facing elements developed with Next.js and TypeScript.
• Manage and optimize database systems using PostgreSQL.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Python Programming and JavaScript Frameworks.
• Proficiency in building GenAI apps like AI Agents. Familiarity with agentic AI frameworks.
• Experience with TypeScript Development and Next.js.
• Strong understanding of DevOps Engineering practices.
• Experience in FastAPI Development and Django Framework.
• Competency in PostgreSQL Development.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with additional programming languages or frameworks.
• Familiarity with cloud services and infrastructure.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Ability to work in a team-oriented environment.

Experience

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in full-stack development roles.

Environment

• The position is based in Bangalore, India and requires working full-time from the office. The work environment is collaborative, innovative, and fast-paced.

Salary

• ₹1,200,000 - ₹1,800,000 per annum
