JOB DUTIES
Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced internal audit professional for the position

of DGM in our Internal Audit & Assurance department.

Key Accountabilities Duty Statements

• Responsible for strengthening the capabilities of our Audit and Assurance
department, ensuring adherence to regulatory changes and global standards, and
providing effective audit planning and scoping.
• Oversee the timely completion of audits, monitor progress, and provide valuable
recommendations for system improvement and cost savings.
• Lead analytics and checklist reviews, review IFC testing, create an enterprise risk
management presentation, and engage in special investigations as mandated by
relevant stakeholders.
• Responsible for follow-up on action items and the preparation of a detailed
monthly Chairman's deck.
• Conduct comprehensive reviews and testing of various processes, systems, and
controls within the organization.

Technical:
Functional: knowledge of regulatory changes and global standards
Behavioural: Excellent Presentation and Communication skills, Stakeholder Management,
Analytical skills for conducting reviews and testing, Ability to engage in special
investigations

JOB SPECIFICATIONS:
Years of Experience: 15 to 20 years of post-qualification experience in conducting internal audits within an
Engineering, Procurement, and Construction (EPC) and/or manufacturing organization
Qualification: Chartered Accountant
