About Contineu

Contineu is building the next generation of AI-enabled operating systems for construction sites. We use computer vision to extract information about the progress, quality, safety and operational processes of construction sites from helmet mounted 360cameras.

About the Role

We’re looking for a UI/UX Design Intern to join our team and design intuitive and visually engaging experiences. You’ll collaborate with designers, developers and stakeholders to create delightful, user-friendly interfaces. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of design principles, proficiency in design tools and a keen eye for detail.

Key Responsibilities

• UI/UX Design: Create and enhance user-friendly and engaging designs for Contineu’s mobile and web applications.
• Branding & Visual Content: Develop and maintain brand assets, including illustrations, merchandise designs and marketing materials.
• Website Design: Design and build visually engaging web pages.
• Design Consistency: Ensure consistent designs across all platforms and touchpoints.
• Iterative Process: Incorporate feedback efficiently to refine designs and improve user experience.

Qualifications & Skills

• Proficiency in Figma, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator and Framer/Webflow.
• Strong understanding of typography, color theory, layout and visual hierarchy.
• Experience designing for mobile apps, website design and branding.
• Attention to detail, problem-solving skills, collaboration, ability to articulate design decisions clearly and effectively.
• A strong portfolio demonstrating relevant design skills.
