<div>Job Title: Costing Manager (Manufacturing Industry)</div> <div>Location: Electronic City, Bangalore</div> <div>Qualification and Experience: - CA/CMA-Inter/Qualified with 10 years of experience in costing in manufacturing industry (Furniture industry experience will be an added advantage)</div> <div>Job Summary: We&#39;re looking for a Costing Manager to oversee cost management and optimization of resources for our furniture manufacturing operations. This role will be into analysis of costs, identify savings opportunities, ensuring optimum utilisation of resources and ensure accurate costing of products.</div> <div>Key Responsibilities:</div> <div> Develop and maintain cost models for furniture products &ndash; Tracking and maintaining costs including material, labour, and overhead costs.</div> <div> Analyse cost variances and identify areas for improvement and identify opportunities for cost reduction and cost control.</div> <div> Collaborate with cross functional teams like production, purchase and sales teams to optimize costs for better pricing.</div> <div> Prepare cost reports and present findings to management  Ensure accurate costing of new product developments and quotes</div> <div> Identify and implement cost-saving initiatives and process improvements  Should have knowledge in analysing financial statements</div> <div> Should have knowledge in preparation of MIS reports Requirements:  Should have strong analytical and problem-solving skills</div> <div> Should be very good in communication (Both verbal and written) and stakeholder management skills.  Should a team player and collaborative with cross functional teams.</div> <div> Proficiency in MS Excel, PPT and costing software (Preferably SAP B1 or SAP HANA)  Knowledge of manufacturing processes and cost drivers.</div>
