As a fast-growing D2C brand, we’re seeking a dynamic E-commerce Key Account Manager to drive growth and optimize our presence across key e-commerce platforms.<br /> <br /> Role Overview<br /> The E-commerce Key Account Manager will oversee operations for Miraggio’s accounts on leading marketplaces (Amazon, Flipkart, Zepto, blinkit, etc.).<br /> The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing platform-specific PPC ads, identifying growth opportunities, and ensuring operational excellence to achieve business objectives.<br /> <br /> Key Responsibilities<br /> Account Management and Strategy:<br />
- Serve as the primary point of contact for platform partners to build strong relationships and maximize account performance.<br />
- Develop and execute tailored strategies for each platform to meet revenue, profitability, and market share goals.<br />
- Negotiate for better visibility opportunities, promotional placements, and platform-specific ad campaigns.<br /> <br /> PPC Campaign Management:<br />
- Plan, execute, and optimize PPC campaigns on Amazon, Flipkart, and other marketplaces to drive traffic, visibility, and sales.<br />
- Monitor campaign performance metrics (ACOS, ROAS, CTR, CPC) and implement data-driven optimizations to improve ROI.<br />
- Conduct regular keyword research and A/B testing to refine targeting strategies.<br /> <br /> Performance Optimization:<br />
- Analyze sales data to identify growth opportunities and address inefficiencies in product listings, pricing, and campaign strategies.<br />
- Collaborate with internal teams to enhance product listings, improve content quality, and optimize SEO for better organic ranking.<br /> <br /> P&L Ownership:<br />
- Take full ownership of the profit and loss statement of assigned account, ensuring all revenue and expense targets are met.<br />
- Optimize promotional spends, discounts, and marketing budgets to maximize profitability.<br /> <br /> Operational Excellence:<br />
- Coordinate with supply chain teams to ensure inventory availability and adherence to platform SLA requirements.<br />
- Resolve operational challenges such as chargebacks, penalties, or discrepancies in catalog listings.<br /> <br /> Reporting and Insights:<br />
- Generate and present detailed performance reports with actionable insights for continuous improvement.<br />
- Stay updated with platform trends, algorithm changes, and advertising innovations to maintain a competitive edge.<br /> <br /> Requirements<br /> Experience:<br />
- 3-5 years of experience in e-commerce account management, preferably in the fashion or lifestyle category.<br />
- Proven experience in managing and optimizing PPC campaigns on Amazon, Flipkart, or other major e-commerce platforms.<br /> Skills:<br />
- Expertise in e-commerce advertising platforms and tools like Amazon Advertising Console, Flipkart Ads, and related analytics dashboards.<br />
- Proficiency in analysing data and identifying actionable growth opportunities.<br />
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.<br /> Traits:<br />
- Analytical and data-driven mindset with attention to detail.<br />
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple accounts simultaneously.<br /> Qualifications:<br />
- Bachelor’s degree.<br />
- Certification in Amazon Advertising or similar programs is a plus.
