The role involves engagement with diverse<br /> segments of building materials- Ready Mix concrete, Construction Chemicals, AAC Blocks, Steel (C&B) on<br /> both supply and demand side of the business spectrum.<br /> Qualifications<br /> • Must be BE/Diploma Civil Engineering from an Institute of repute.<br /> • Must be a "Self-Starter" and have an appetite for taking up entrepreneurial role in a New Age B2B Tech<br /> enabled organization.<br /> • Must have Strong negotiation and communication skills.<br /> • Experience in the Infrastructure and Construction Industry will be preferred.<br /> • Must have a working knowledge of basic business finance- P&L, Cashflow Management.<br /> • Must have the ability to analyse market trends and have the mindset of sniffing at opportunities and taking<br /> a lead in converting into business.<br /> • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.<br /> • Previous experience in "On Field Sales" of building materials would be an added advantage.
