Our flagship solution, Resilience360, empowers enterprises to navigate climate challenges effectively.<br /> Position Overview:<br /> We are seeking a proactive and enthusiastic Sales Development Representative (SDR) to lead outreach efforts and build a robust sales funnel targeting enterprises in the Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance (BFSI) sectors, as well as those in the supply chain domain. The ideal candidate is passionate about climate resilience and possesses excellent communication skills.<br /> Key Responsibilities:<br /> * Prospecting and Lead Generation: Identify and engage potential clients within the BFSI and supply chain sectors through research, cold calling, email campaigns, and social media outreach.<br /> * Lead Qualification: Assess and qualify leads to determine their alignment with our solutions, ensuring a high-quality sales pipeline.<br /> * Relationship Building: Develop and maintain relationships with key decision-makers, understanding their needs and positioning our solutions effectively.<br /> * Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing and sales teams to align strategies and share insights from market interactions.<br /> * CRM Management: Maintain accurate records of all interactions and activities in the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.<br /> &nbsp;<br /> Qualifications:<br /> * Experience: 0-4 years in sales, business development, or related roles.<br /> * Education: Undergraduate or Postgraduate degree from a recognized institution.
