Role Marketing Head (On-Site: Bangalore) Team HIRA: Brand, Creative, Social Proong, Narrative, and Performance Reports to Founder & CEO Responsible for Growth, Brand, Reach, Recall, and Loyalty Status Open SUMMARY We’re looking for a bold, strategic, and insight-obsessed Marketing Head to lead brand, content, and performance marketing for HIRA, India’s rst clean, long-lasting fragrance brand. RESPONSIBILITIES Own the Brand Narrative: Drive top-of-mind recall across direct-to-consumer (D2C) and marketplace channels, ensuring that HIRA’s brand message resonates with the target audience. Lead Performance Marketing: Adopt a creative and data-first approach to optimize customer acquisition cost (CAC), return on ad spend (ROAS), and new user growth. Develop strategies that balance creativity with analytical precision. Execute High-Impact Campaigns: Build and launch campaigns across digital, influencer, and experiential platforms. Tailor each campaign to its medium for maximum impact and reach. Oversee Content and Creative Teams: Lead content, creative, customer relationship management (CRM), and social media eorts, ensuring a consistent and engaging brand presence across all customer touchpoints. Utilize Consumer Insights: 6. 7. Leverage consumer insights and market trends to inform product positioning, packaging, and communication strategies. Align these elements to meet consumer needs and enhance brand appeal. Manage Stakeholders: Coordinate with agencies, ccreators, and internal teams to focus on delivering tangible outcomes rather than just outputs. Ensure alignment and collaboration across all marketing activities. Collaborate with Key Teams: Work closely with founders, product, and revenue teams to ensure that marketing strategies are eectively driving business growth and achieving organizational goals. WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR: Experience: 6–10 years in consumer marketing, ideally within beauty, lifestyle, or D2C sectors. A history of successfully leading marketing eorts in these areas is crucial. Audience Insight: Profound understanding of Gen Z and millennial psychology, as well as their content consumption habits. The ability to connect and engage with these audiences is essential. Track Record: Demonstrated success in simultaneously scaling brand awareness, building community, and enhancing performance marketing. Technical Skills: Proficiency with performance platforms such as Meta and Google, along with expertise in creator marketing and customer relationship management (CRM). Creativity and Initiative: A relentlessly creative mindset combined with a strong bias foraction and experimentation. The ability to innovate and adapt quickly is vital. Cultural Awareness: Keen awareness of cultural trends, platform formats, and a strong sense of aesthetic detail. Understanding how these elements influence marketing strategies is important.
