<li><b>Experience:</b>
<ul>
<li>7–8+ years of experience in equity research</li>
<li>Mandatory background in Life Insurance companies</li>
<li>Strong fundamental research and financial modelling capabilities</li>
</ul>
</li>
<li><b>Role Overview:</b>
<ul>
<li>Sector-agnostic equity research coverage</li>
<li>Develop bottom-up stock ideas with a clear investment rationale</li>
<li>Build and maintain detailed financial models and valuation frameworks</li>
<li>Support portfolio construction and investment decision-making</li>
<li>Prepare research notes, stock pitches, and IC materials</li>
</ul>
</li>
<li><b>Reporting to:</b> Srijan Sinha – Fund Manager</li>
<li><b>Location:</b> Mumbai</li>
<li><b>Universe:</b> Life Insurance / Buy-side Research</li>
<li><b>Compensation:</b> ₹40 – 45 LPA</li>
