The Talent Acquisition & Retention Plant Lead will be pivotal in driving the full spectrum of hiring across our manufacturing plants located at Ambernath, Satara, Indore, and CSN. This role encompasses managing both high-volume shop floor recruitment and specialized technical and leadership roles. As a trusted partner to Plant Leadership, Department Heads, and Human Resource Business Partners (HRBPs), the role ensures timely closures and effective collaboration, creating a seamless hiring experience for candidates and stakeholders alike. The ideal candidate will possess a strong digital orientation to design and implement scalable, future-ready hiring practices.
Multi Plant Hiring:
Own and drive all recruitment across multiple manufacturing plants, from bulk shop floor hiring to niche technical/scientific roles and support functions. Proactively build talent pipelines to anticipate manpower requirements.
Stakeholder & Escalation Management:
Act as the primary talent acquisition partner for Plant Heads, Department Heads, and HRBPs at all sites. Oversee escalations, conduct hiring reviews, and ensure alignment with specific business needs.
Collaboration & HRBP Partnership:
Partner with HRBPs to integrate recruitment efforts into broader employee strategies, including attrition management, redeployment, and internal mobility. Provide actionable dashboards and reports for proactive workforce planning.
Team Management:
Lead and mentor recruiters supporting all plants, ensuring consistency in hiring practices, adherence to service level agreements (SLAs), and delivery quality. Enhance recruiter's capabilities in bulk sourcing and niche headhunting.
Metrics & Compliance:
Track, analyze, and enhance key recruitment metrics across sites, such as turnaround time (TAT), source mix, offer to join ratios, and recruiter productivity. Ensure compliance with recruitment standard operating procedures (SOP) and aligned processes.
Education:
MBA or PGDM in Human Resources or related field.
Experience:
10-15 years of experience in talent acquisition, with a proven track record in manufacturing or pharmaceutical hiring.
