Desired Skills • Advise clients on their insurance needs – Both life and general. • Research best insurance solutions for clients. • Close execution of approved policies to new clients and existing clients and explain benefits and risks of the policy • Re-assess the insurance needs of existing clients after life-changing events along with insurance domain partners • Internal reporting to Department head through regular MIS updates. • Maintain regular contact with existing clients to discuss renewals or add-ons • Assist in claims management. • Acting as a liaison between insurance companies and clients. • Assist the advisory team with calls, preparation of data for client decision making, assisting for zoom calls/meeting to explain products to clients Functional/Behavioral skills Ability to operate with minimal direct supervision. Lucid and succinct communication – Internal and external. Desire to learn and work in a dynamic environment Client centric behavior and ability to communicate clearly with ultra HNI’s Preferred education/skills – • 5 years of experience in Insurance companies/ Family offices is preferred. • Bachelor’s degree/Master’s Degree with strong interpersonal skills
