We are seeking a visionary, execution-driven leader with deep experience in business consulting, investment banking, or corporate strategy, who can: ● Drive operational excellence and scale. ● Optimize capital allocation across diverse ventures with strong finance-driven decision-making. ● Identify and capture new market opportunities domestically and globally. This is for someone motivated by equity ownership rather than fixed compensation. The right candidate will invest time, expertise, and personal capital to co-create a lasting business legacy alongside the Founder. Key Responsibilities Strategic Growth & Transformation ● Define and execute a multi-year business vision with the Founder. ● Lead operational efficiency, governance, and process excellence. ● Drive strategic expansions, acquisitions, and partnership. Portfolio Optimization ● Assess and enhance profitability and scalability of ventures. ● Improve ROI and guide capital deployment strategies. ● Implement robust performance and accountability frameworks. Financial Strategy & Capital Management ● Oversee and optimize the Group’s NBFC operations, including lending from the market, loan against shares, loan against market assets, property & equipment financing, and raising capital from banks. ● Ensure financial structuring supports growth in all four business segments. ● Drive finance as the core driver for scaling the Group’s multi-sector portfolio. Leadership & Culture ● Mentor senior leadership across multiple business units. ● Build a high-performance, entrepreneurial culture. ● Foster synergy across group companies while preserving operational autonomy. Market Expansion ● Explore domestic & international growth avenues. ● Represent the Group in high-level business and investor networks. ● Forge strategic alliances aligned with long-term vision. Ideal Candidate Profile Education: ● CA, MBA (Finance), or Company Secretary strongly preferred. ● Equivalent advanced degree acceptable for exceptional candidates. Experience: ● 10–20 years in management consulting, investment banking, corporate strategy, or senior finance leadership roles. ● Proven expertise in financial management within NBFC or capital markets. ● Exposure to family-owned business environments and large-scale transformation.
