Job Summary

The Assistant Manager - Finance will provide strategic, data-driven insights and recommendations to the management based on thorough financial analysis and projections. We are seeking a results-oriented and detail-driven Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) professional to join our dynamic finance team in Delhi.

Responsibilities

• Support in cash flow preparation.
• Assist in forecasting and long-range planning processes in collaboration with business stakeholders.
• Analyze monthly financial performance, conduct variance analysis, and provide actionable insights.
• Develop and maintain dashboards and financial models using Power BI and Excel to support business decision-making.
• Provide timely and accurate reporting of key financial metrics, KPIs, and management reports.
• Partner with business teams to evaluate new opportunities, cost optimization, and revenue enhancement initiatives.

Qualifications

• Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification is required.
• 3 – 5 years of post-qualification experience in financial planning and analysis.
• Excellent analytical skills and hands-on expertise in Power BI.
• Strong proficiency in Excel.

Preferred Skills

• Prior experience in the real estate sector is an advantage, but not mandatory.

Experience

• 3 – 5 years of relevant experience in financial planning and analysis or related fields.
