Job Summary

Responsibilities

• Build and operate production workloads on major cloud platforms (e.g., Azure, AWS, GCP).
• Develop and implement automation processes using Infrastructure as Code tools like Terraform and Ansible.
• Ensure the efficient operation of containers and orchestration through Kubernetes.
• Design, build, and maintain robust Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) pipelines.
• Analyze and troubleshoot complex operational issues, providing effective resolutions.
• Collaborate within teams to ensure system resilience and prevent issues proactively.

Qualifications

• Experience: 8 to 10 years of total experience, and 5 to 6 years of relevant experience in cloud engineering and support.
• Cloud Operations: Proven hands-on experience in building and operating production workloads on at least one major cloud platform.
• Automation Proficiency: Strong practical experience with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Ansible) and scripting (Python, Bash).
• Containerization & Orchestration: Solid experience with Kubernetes and Containers in production environments.
• CI/CD Pipeline Skills: Experience designing, building, and maintaining robust CI/CD pipelines.
• Problem-Solving Skills: Excellent analytical and troubleshooting skills for diagnosing and resolving operational issues efficiently.
• Team Collaboration: Strong ability to work effectively within a team and a proactive mindset towards preventing issues.

Preferred Skills

• Familiarity with additional cloud services and technologies.
• Experience with monitoring and logging tools for cloud environments.

Experience

8 to 10 years of total experience with at least 5 to 6 years in relevant cloud engineering roles.
