Job Summary:
Syvo Digital Pvt. Ltd is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Inventory Warehouse Executive to manage and control inventory in our e-commerce fulfilment centre. The candidate will be responsible for accurate stock maintenance, smooth daily warehouse operations, and inventory reconciliation, ensuring seamless e-commerce order processing and stock availability.
 
Key Responsibilities:
Warehouse & Inventory Operations:
•    Oversee daily warehouse activities including receiving, storing, and dispatching goods
•    Maintain real-time inventory records in the WMS or e-commerce ERP system
•    Conduct regular stock audits and cycle counts; reconcile discrepancies
•    Ensure proper stock rotation (FIFO/FEFO) and bin management
•    Monitor SKU-wise stock levels and replenish stock as needed
Coordination & Compliance:
•    Coordinate with suppliers, vendors, and transportation partners for timely deliveries and pickups
•    Collaborate with procurement, customer service, and dispatch teams to ensure inventory availability
•    Track and manage returned/damaged goods and process them appropriately
•    Ensure compliance with safety, health, and quality standards in warehouse operations
E-commerce Fulfilment Support:
•    Ensure inventory readiness for timely order picking, packing, and dispatch
•    Support order processing for platforms such as Amazon, Flipkart, Blinkit, Zepto, etc.
•    Handle SKU mapping, barcode tagging, and portal updates for product availability
•    Prevent overselling, stockouts, or dispatch delays
Reporting & Analysis:
•    Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports on inventory movement and stock health
•    Track fast-moving, slow-moving, and non-moving inventory
•    Identify and report shrinkage, pilferage, or process gaps
 
Requirements:
•    Bachelor's degree in any discipline (Supply Chain Management or relevant field preferred)
•    2–4 years of experience in warehouse/inventory operations, preferably in e-commerce
•    Proficient in MS Excel, ERP/WMS systems, and inventory software
•    Familiarity with e-commerce platforms and return management processes
•    Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
 
Preferred Skills:
•    Experience with Amazon/Flipkart/Seller Central operations
•    Knowledge of barcode systems, SKU handling, and inventory best practices
•    Ability to work in fast-paced environments and manage multitasking effectively
