Job Summary
The Sales Incharge is responsible for driving sales growth and managing dealer relationships. This role entails overseeing a sales team, ensuring target achievement in both primary and secondary sales, and enhancing market coverage. Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a team of 8 sales representatives to achieve targeted sales goals.
- Oversee the appointment and management of new dealers, as well as maintaining relationships with existing dealers.
- Review sales performance against monthly targets for each distributor.
- Submit monthly management information system (MIS) reports to track sales progress.
- Develop new business opportunities through channel partners and increase market coverage.
- Conduct team recruitment and provide motivation, monitoring, and engagement of team members to drive performance.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce or equivalent (B.Com).
- Master’s degree in Business Administration (MBA) with a specialization in Sales and Marketing.
- Proficiency in Sales Management, Channel Management, Distribution Management, and Dealer Management.
- Strong skills in Team Leadership, Business Development, and Customer Relationship Management (CRM).
- Knowledge of Salesforce Management, Market Coverage, Retail Sales, and Promotional Activities.
- Experience with Primary Sales, Secondary Sales, Inventory Management, and Point of Sale (POS) systems.
- Familiarity with SAP and MIS Reporting.

- Experience in product merchandising and target achievement strategies.
- Ability to identify market trends and challenges effectively.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to foster dealer relationships.
Experience
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales with a focus on distribution and team management.
