Technical Specialist

Job Summary

The Technical Specialist will provide expert technical support and guidance on a contractual basis across our Faridabad and Noida locations. This role is designed for a professional with a strong technical background and a minimum of five years' experience, ensuring the seamless operation of technology systems and contributing to the organization's overall objectives. There are 2 openings available for this position.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues to ensure system reliability.
• Provide expert-level support and guidance to technical teams and stakeholders.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement and maintain technology solutions.
• Document technical processes, solutions, and updates for future reference.
• Ensure prompt resolution of problems by coordinating with internal and external partners.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 10 years of relevant technical experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proven ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
• Familiarity with technical troubleshooting, networking, and system maintenance.
• Ability to manage contractual projects and work in dynamic settings.
• Proactive mindset with a focus on continuous improvement and learning.

Preferred Skills

• Certifications in technical specialties such as Cisco, Microsoft, or other relevant IT credentials.
