Salesforce Developer – Financial Services Cloud (FSC)

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Developer with strong expertise in Financial Services Cloud (FSC) to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess hands-on experience in Lightning Web Components (LWC), Apex programming, integrations, and a deep understanding of Salesforce architecture and design principles. This role is crucial in designing and delivering scalable Salesforce solutions that meet our business needs.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable Salesforce solutions using LWC, APEX, and Apex Design Patterns.
• Implement complex SOQL/SOSL queries with optimal performance.
• Develop and manage integrations between Salesforce and external systems.
• Ensure adherence to Salesforce Governor Limits and best practices.
• Leverage GenAI tooling and AgentForce for enhanced user experiences and automation.
• Perform bulk data loads, manage large datasets efficiently, and ensure data integrity.
• Conduct debugging and performance tuning of custom Salesforce applications.
• Collaborate with business analysts, product managers, and other developers to gather requirements and deliver high-quality solutions.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of LWC, APEX, and SOQL/SOSL.
• Deep understanding of Salesforce Governor Limits.
• Proficient in Salesforce integration frameworks (REST/SOAP, Platform Events).
• Experience with GenAI tools and AgentForce.
• Expertise in bulk data processing and performance optimization.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field preferred.
• Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Certified Developer) are a plus.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with MuleSoft and/or Informatica for integration needs.
• Familiarity with Flosum for release management.
• Hands-on experience with Docusign, Conga Contracts, and Zuora CPQ.

Experience

• 5–9 years of experience in Salesforce development, specifically with Financial Services Cloud (FSC).

Environment

• Onsite position located in Bangalore.
