You will be responsible for setting the strategic direction of data science across the company, overseeing the development and deployment of advanced analytics and machine learning models, and driving the overall data-driven culture. You will lead a talented team of data scientists and analysts, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and work closely with senior leadership to deliver insights that empower decision-making, optimize products, and ensure the scalability of our fintech infrastructure. Responsibilities: <ul> <li style="margin-bottom:11px">Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement the company’s data science strategy, aligning it with business goals, product development, and customer needs. </li> <li style="margin-bottom:11px">Team Management & Development: Build, mentor, and grow a high-performing data science team. Foster a collaborative and results-oriented culture. </li> <li style="margin-bottom:11px">Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with senior leadership, including product, engineering, operations, and finance, to identify key business opportunities and challenges. </li> <li style="margin-bottom:11px">AI & Machine Learning Excellence: Oversee the design, development, and implementation of machine learning models and AI solutions. Ensure that algorithms and predictive models improve decision-making, product features.</li> <li style="margin-bottom:11px">Data Infrastructure & Strategy: Collaborate with the engineering team to develop robust data infrastructures, ensuring scalability, quality, and security of data pipelines. </li> <li style="margin-bottom:11px">Business Impact & Insights: Identify key business problems and deliver data-driven insights that inform strategic and operational decisions.
