SAP IBP Consultant (Principal / Lead / Senior Specialist)

Job Summary

We are seeking highly experienced SAP IBP professionals to join our SAP Delivery team. The role requires deep expertise in SAP IBP modules (Supply, Demand, Inventory Optimization, or Order-Based Planning) with proven end-to-end implementation experience. Candidates should be confident in leading workshops, training sessions, and mentoring junior consultants while contributing to go-to-market initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver SAP IBP (Supply, Demand, Inventory Optimization, or Order-Based Planning) solutions for global clients.
• Conduct workshops, user acceptance testing (UAT), and user training sessions.
• Collaborate with Sales & Alliances teams to expand the IBP business footprint.
• Mentor and guide junior consultants; contribute to building internal accelerators and assets.
• Define CPI specifications and integration requirements with ECC and other systems.
• Drive go-to-market initiatives and contribute to delivery efficiency.

Qualifications

• Primary Skills:

  • SAP IBP (Supply, Demand, Inventory Optimization, Order-Based Planning)
  • Strong configuration skills: planning areas, key figures, planning views, application jobs.
  • ECC master data and transaction data handling.

• Technical Expertise:

  • Deep knowledge of IBP modules (Supply, Demand, or Order-Based Planning).
  • End-to-end implementation experience in SAP IBP (minimum 3+ projects).
  • Hands-on experience in integration design, CPI specifications, and data flow.
  • Exposure to SAP Advanced Planner and Optimizer (APO) or other planning tools (preferred).
  • Strong business-facing and workshop facilitation skills.

• Educational Qualifications:

  • Engineering graduate; MBA, M.Tech, or MS in Supply Chain Management (SCM) / Operations preferred.

Preferred Skills

• Proven ability to drive go-to-market initiatives for IBP.
• Experience in building accelerators and assets to improve delivery efficiency and reduce cost-to-serve.

Experience

• 7–10 years overall experience in Supply Chain Planning.
• Minimum 3+ years of SAP IBP end-to-end implementation experience.
• For Lead positions: 10+ years of relevant SAP IBP experience.

• Work will be conducted remotely, providing flexibility and allowing for collaboration across geographical barriers.

Salary

• Budgeted at 2.1 Lakh Per Month (LPM).
