Ui/UX Designer

Job Summary

The Ui/UX Designer will be responsible for creating user-centered designs and conducting user experience research. This role plays a crucial part in enhancing the usability and accessibility of our products, contributing to the overall satisfaction of users.

Responsibilities

• Design intuitive user interfaces for web and mobile applications.
• Conduct UX research to gather insights and inform design decisions.
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and interactive mockups using tools like Figma.
• Collaborate with developers and product managers to implement designs effectively.
• Perform usability testing and iterate on designs based on feedback.

Qualifications

• 4-5 years of experience in UI/UX design.
• Proficient in design tools, especially Figma.
• Strong understanding of UX research methodologies.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to present design ideas and concepts clearly.
• Background in visual design principles is preferred.
• A degree in Graphic Design, Interaction Design, or a related field is beneficial.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with responsive design and adapting designs for various devices.

Environment

• This role is based in Bengaluru and operates in a hybrid work model, with working hours from 2 PM to 11 PM.
