Job Location: Mumbai (On-site)
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Hands-on development: analyse product specifications, design implementations,
write code and rapidly deliver features
- Mentor and hire a team of Software engineers and lead end-to-end development for
large-scale applications
- Work closely with various business stakeholders, product management, business to
deliver products
- Define and manage Technical Roadmap, own the entire product delivery end to end.
- Drive high-level architectural decisions and designs based on business priorities and
requirement.
- Owning all engineering aspects of e-commerce channels (web and mobile)
What you need:
- 2+ years of experience as Director of Engineering
- 8+ years of overall experience
- Experience of having delivered 0 to 1 project, developing tech architecture for
multichannel/omni-channel
Good to haves:
- Bachelor’s degree from Tier 1/2 institute
