Job Summary

The City Head will drive market expansion and manage the overall city portfolio for ParkSmart. This role is heavily focused on business development and expansion, building partnerships, expanding adoption, and managing city-level growth operations.

Responsibilities

• Expand ParkSmart’s presence across assigned cities.
• Build and manage city-level business operations.
• Drive partnerships and commercial growth.
• Identify and target relevant businesses and ecosystem partners.
• Manage stakeholder relationships across commercial and infrastructure sectors.
• Work closely with automation and real-estate-linked businesses.
• Manage the entire city portfolio independently.

Qualifications

• Experience: 3–6 years in relevant fields.
• Strong business development and stakeholder management capability.
• Comfortable with field sales and city expansion responsibilities.
• Ability to independently manage an entire city portfolio.
• Strong ownership and execution mindset.
• Familiarity with automation or infrastructure-driven businesses preferred.

Preferred Skills

• Comfortable working on-ground and handling field operations.
• Background in industries such as:
  • Real Estate
  • Automated Parking Solutions
  • Automation & Machinery Systems
  • Smart Infrastructure
  • Building Automation
  • Access Control Systems
• Experience in companies involved in password-protected locks, smart locks, or smart access systems.

Experience

• Candidates from automation machinery system companies are ideal, as well as those from real estate who are open to newer automation and smart infrastructure ecosystems.

Environment

• This is a field-intensive role with corporate office setup in place.
• The candidate will be expected to travel and manage city-level operations on ground.
