Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities:
Enterprise Sales: Identify, engage, negotiate, and close large deals with some of the best
companies worldwide.
Relationship Building: Leverage in-depth connections in the enterprise segment, ensuring
top-to-bottom mapping, understanding the current landscape, and identifying business
prospects.
Communication Excellence: Utilize outstanding communication skills to present, influence,
and negotiate effectively.
Strategy Development: Demonstrate dynamism and creativity in constructing favorable
RFPs, direct deals, and devising effective sales strategies tailored to the evolving market
landscape.
Pipeline Building & Sales Management: Develop, manage, and optimize the sales
pipeline, ensuring a steady flow of prospects and efficient sales cycle management.

Marketing & PR Initiatives: Lead marketing campaigns, including online marketing, social
media outreach, and public relations initiatives to enhance brand visibility and engagement.

Team Training & Skills Development: Lead and mentor the sales team, ensuring
continuous skill enhancement, product knowledge, and sales technique refinement.
●
Target Achievement: Adopt a highly target-oriented, aggressive approach, ensuring sales
goals are consistently met or exceeded.
Requirements:
●
Ability to lead the sales cycle with client personnel at the CxO level
●
Minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in target-based enterprise sales.
●
Proven experience in leading the team to achieve annual sales targets
●
Not afraid to get their hands dirty with sales tasks and business development
●
Proven track record of handling and closing deals with large enterprise clients, both
domestically and internationally
●
Alignment with Grow-Trees' cultural values and mission. Honesty and integrity are key.
Strong network and connections within the enterprise customer segment.
Exceptional communication, negotiation, and strategic planning skills.
Experience with CRM tools and data management.
Experience in Tree Plantation organizations or with Nature Based Solution will be plus
