Job Summary

We are seeking a high-energy, highly reliable operator to join our Founder’s Office, working closely with the founders across People, Culture & Operations. This is a high-ownership role ideal for someone who enjoys building things from scratch, solving problems independently, and improving the overall operation of the company. The position comes with significant exposure to the founders and provides the opportunity to engage in various business aspects as we scale.

Responsibilities

• Own the employee experience which includes onboarding, engagement, culture initiatives, and people operations.
• Help build a strong, high-performing company culture as the organization grows.
• Manage key vendors, service providers, procurement, and administrative operations effectively.
• Drive cross-functional projects and ensure crucial initiatives are executed end-to-end.
• Support the founders with high-priority operational and coordination needs.
• Identify gaps, develop processes and systems to enhance company efficiency.
• Take ownership of ambiguous problems and develop effective solutions.

Qualifications

• 1–4 years of experience, ideally at a high-growth startup.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Highly organized, dependable, and exceptional at follow-through.
• High energy, proactive, and comfortable taking initiative.
• Strong judgment and ability to operate independently.
• Comfortable working with people, vendors, founders, and various business areas.
• A natural problem-solver who enjoys completing tasks.
• Strong personal investment in the company’s success rather than viewing this as a conventional admin/EA role.

Preferred Skills

• Familiarity with startup environments and operational challenges is a plus.
• Previous experience in an administrative or operational role would be beneficial.

Experience

1–4 years of relevant experience in a high-growth startup environment.

Environment

• Typical work setting is in-office located in Bangalore.
• Reporting directly to the founders providing a high-trust and high-autonomy work experience.
