Job Description:

* We are looking for an Adobe AJO Consultant to work under the guidance of a Senior Consultant,

executing the technical setup, journey configurations, and activation processes for Adobe Journey

Optimizer implementations. This role will be hands-on, handling data integration, journey execution, and

troubleshooting, ensuring that strategic plans are effectively implemented.

Key Responsibilities:

* Assist in the technical setup and configuration of Adobe Journey Optimizer.

* Work on real-time data ingestion, event-based triggers, and audience segmentation.

* Execute cross-channel journey strategies, including email, push, SMS, and in-app notifications.

* Troubleshoot and optimize journey workflows and real-time decisioning.

* Develop dashboards and reports to track customer engagement and campaign performance.

* Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of marketing journeys.

* Stay updated on Adobe Experience Cloud advancements and contribute to execution best practices.

Qualifications & Experience:

* 5+ years of experience in customer journey orchestration and marketing automation.

* Hands-on experience with Adobe Journey Optimizer or other journey orchestration tools.

* Strong understanding of event-driven marketing, personalization, and segmentation execution.

* Experience with APIs, real-time data workflows, and journey troubleshooting.

* Working knowledge of Adobe Analytics, Adobe Real-Time CDP, and marketing automation tools.

* Adobe certifications or training in Adobe Experience Cloud solutions is a plus.
