We are rapidly expanding and need a Recruitment Manager who can design and run our hiring engine to attract top talent across engineering, product, sales, and customer success.


Role Overview

As Recruitment Manager, you will be responsible for building JoyzAI’s recruitment process from the ground up. This is not just about filling roles — it’s about creating a scalable hiring system that consistently brings in the best talent while ensuring a delightful candidate experience. You will work closely with leadership to forecast talent needs, drive sourcing strategies, and shape our employer brand.


Key Responsibilities

  • Build & Own Recruitment Process: Design, implement, and optimize JoyzAI’s end-to-end hiring pipeline — from JD creation to onboarding.
  • Talent Acquisition Strategy: Partner with leadership to understand business needs and translate them into a structured hiring roadmap.
  • Sourcing & Outreach: Drive proactive sourcing across LinkedIn, hiring platforms, referrals, and niche talent pools.
  • Screening & Evaluation: Standardize assessments, coordinate interviews, and ensure structured evaluation processes.
  • Employer Branding: Build JoyzAI’s reputation as a destination for top talent via content, events, and social presence.
  • Recruitment Analytics: Track metrics like time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, offer acceptance, and funnel conversion; continuously improve results.
  • Team & Vendor Management: Manage recruitment agencies, consultants, and (in future) internal recruiters.
  • Candidate Experience: Ensure a transparent, engaging, and smooth journey for all applicants.

What We’re Looking For

  • 2+ years of recruitment experience
  • Proven success in building recruitment processes in a startup or high-growth environment.
  • Strong sourcing skills with expertise on LinkedIn, Naukri, AngelList, GitHub/Behance/Dribbble (for tech/creative).
  • Ability to work cross-functionally with engineering, product, sales, and leadership teams.
  • Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment analytics.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Passion for startups, scale, and building something from scratch.
