Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Tableau Developer with extensive IT experience to join our team on a contractual basis. The ideal candidate will leverage their deep expertise in Tableau, SQL databases, and reporting mechanisms to design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards and reports that drive business insights and decision-making.

Responsibilities

• Dashboard & Report Development: Design, develop, and deploy interactive dashboards and reports using Tableau.
• Requirement Gathering: Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into actionable Tableau projects.
• Data Integration: Develop and optimize SQL queries to extract and manipulate data for reporting purposes.
• Performance Optimization: Monitor and fine-tune Tableau visualizations to ensure optimal performance.
• Issue Resolution: Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to data visualization, report strings, and dashboard functionality.
• Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure data accuracy and consistency in reports.

Qualifications

• Experience: 10 years of experience in IT.
• Technical Skills: Proven hands-on experience in Tableau Development and strong experience in creating and managing report strings.
• Database Proficiency: Good understanding of SQL databases and data extraction techniques.
• Analytical Skills: Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Communication: Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (BTech, BSc, etc.).
• Certifications: Tableau certification is a plus.

Preferred Skills

• Familiarity with data visualization best practices.
• Experience with additional BI tools or ETL processes.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Experience

• A minimum of 10 years in IT with extensive hands-on experience in Tableau development and related reporting processes.

• Locations: Based in Pune, Bangalore, or Noida.
• Employment Type: Contractual.
