Front end team - No front end team as of now. First front end opportunity in India. Reports into Prashant

Backend - 5 people fullstack, backend focussed

We should have certain resumes to evaluate
Good ones are sent to greenhouse
L1 - short 45 mins intro with Prashant or someone from the panel
L2 - Code pair, Mumbai in office, Zoom or google meet - 60 mins
L3 - Prashant - HLD, tech and product 
L4 - Cultural and HR round - someone from London
