Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Data Engineer with a strong emphasis on the Azure Data Ecosystem, ETL, and Big Data technologies. The candidate will be responsible for designing and delivering enterprise-grade analytics solutions that drive business intelligence efforts and contribute meaningfully to the organization's goals.

Responsibilities

• Drive end-to-end data & analytics solution architecture from concept to delivery.
• Design and develop conceptual, logical, and physical data models.
• Implement ETL solutions using SSIS, Azure Data Factory, and related tools.
• Configure and administer SQL Server, Azure Synapse, Databricks, Data Lake, and HD Insights.
• Ensure adherence to data governance, quality management, and architecture standards.
• Provide mentoring and guidance to development and business teams.
• Contribute to pre-sales activities and technology strategy.
• Stay updated with the latest data technologies and lead innovation.

Qualifications

• Proven experience delivering multiple enterprise data solutions.
• Strong expertise in ETL Development (SSIS, Azure Data Factory, etc.).
• Proficiency in SQL Server, Azure Synapse, Databricks, HD Insights, and Data Lake.
• Experience with data modeling (normalized, star, snowflake, temporal, timeseries, structured/unstructured data).
• Knowledge of Data Quality & Governance tools (e.g., Microsoft Data Quality Services).
• Hands-on coding skills in Spark, Python, and SQL with a willingness to adapt to new tools/languages.
• Strong foundation in cloud infrastructure (Virtual Machines, VPN, Active Directory, Networking, Storage).
• Familiarity with Microsoft Development Lifecycle, DevOps, PowerShell, and Automation.

Experience

• Minimum of 7+ years in Data & Analytics roles, with significant experience as a Data Engineer.

Salary

• The budget for this position is approximately ₹1.4 Lakhs per month.
