Job Summary

The ServiceNow Developer specializing in Mobile Expertise will play a key role in developing and customizing mobile applications on the ServiceNow platform. Responsibilities

• Develop and configure mobile applications within the ServiceNow platform with a focus on end-user experience.
• Customize existing mobile applications to meet business requirements while adhering to best practices.
• Design and implement mobile-first solutions that ensure responsiveness and user-friendly interfaces.
• Utilize scripting languages (JavaScript, Glide, AngularJS) and ServiceNow APIs for effective application functionality.
• Create and manage workflows, business rules, UI policies, and client/server scripts within the ServiceNow environment.
• Analyze and troubleshoot issues that arise during the development process, ensuring smooth operation of mobile applications.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Strong hands-on experience in ServiceNow development specifically focused on mobile app development.
• Expertise in building and customizing mobile applications within the ServiceNow platform.
• Good understanding of ServiceNow modules such as IT Service Management (ITSM), IT Operations Management (ITOM), Human Resources Service Delivery (HRSD), or Customer Service Management (CSM).
• Strong knowledge of scripting (JavaScript, Glide, AngularJS) and proficient in using ServiceNow APIs.
• Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
• Proven ability to communicate effectively and work collaboratively in agile environments.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with other ServiceNow modules and integrations.
• Familiarity with mobile development frameworks and best practices.
• Additional certifications in ServiceNow development are a plus.
