Mission: To simplify the fashion shopping experience by oAering quick, convenient, and personalized fashion choices.</div> <div>Role Overview: We are seeking a dynamic Last Mile Logistics Manager to lead our end-to-end last mile delivery operations. This is a critical role that will directly impact customer satisfaction and operational eAiciency as we scale our rapid delivery model.</div> <div>Key Responsibilities: Oversee and manage last mile delivery operations across all zones. Build and manage relationships with 3PL partners and delivery agents. Ensure all deliveries meet promised SLAs, especially 60-minute delivery windows. Optimize delivery routes, cost, and turnaround times. Monitor logistics performance, analyze key metrics, and report on operational KPIs. Handle customer escalations and ensure quick resolution. Collaborate with supply chain, warehouse, and tech teams to streamline the delivery ecosystem. Drive process improvement and automation for scale.</div> <div>What We&#39;re Looking For: 3&ndash;4 years of proven experience in last mile logistics, preferably in fashion or marketplace startups. Strong understanding of hyperlocal delivery, logistics tech, and vendor coordination. Experience in managing on-ground logistics teams and partners. Data-driven mindset and proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets.
