<p>The Role: Architect of the CP Engine</p>
<p>As an Assistant Manager – Channel Sales, you aren't just managing a list of partners; you are the</p>
<p>growth engine. You will build the playbook for how Ivy Homes interacts with the broker ecosystem to</p>
<p>drive both acquisitions and sales.</p>

<p>Scale the Vertical: You will onboard, nurture, and optimize a network of Channel Partners,</p>
<p>turning them into a consistent source of high-quality leads.</p>
<p>The Bridge to Product: You will provide on-ground market intelligence to our Pricing and</p>
<p>Product teams, helping us refine the data-backed offers we present to the market.</p>
<p>High-Velocity Closures: You will front-end communication with sellers and partners,</p>
<p>navigating complex negotiations to close deals and handhold sellers through to</p>
<p>documentation.</p>
<p>Strategic Evolution: You won’t just follow a process; you will develop the processes, policies,</p>
<p>and expansion strategies that define our CP vertical.</p>

<p>Communication Mastery: Exceptional English skills; fluency in Hindi and Kannada is a major</p>

<p>Data Literacy: You are comfortable with CRM systems and Excel, using data to drive your</p>
<p>decisions rather than just intuition.</p>
<p>Operational Discipline: The ability to manage complex timelines, multitask across</p>
<p>stakeholders, and maintain a high standard of customer service.</p>
