Job Description: SEO Lead
Skydo is looking to hire a SEO Lead to join our fast-growing Growth team. The ideal candidate combines
strong analytical skills, a deep understanding of search engine mechanics, and high ownership to build
scalable organic acquisition engines. This role involves owning the end-to-end technical SEO charter,
shaping long-term organic growth strategy, and collaborating closely with Product, Engineering, Content,
and Founders.

implementation, and page performance optimisation.
Build and scale Skydo’s organic growth channels with a technical-first approach.
Conduct competitive and industry research to identify new opportunities and SEO innovations.
Analyse organic performance and build dashboards that track technical SEO KPIs.
Work closely with Product & Engineering to prioritise and execute technical changes.
Collaborate with content, community, & social teams to ensure alignment.
Run structured experiments across crawling, rendering, and SERP enhancements.
2. 3. 4. 5. Deep expertise in technical SEO: crawl budget optimisation, structured data, CWV tuning, JavaScript
SEO, log analysis, and information architecture.
Excellent quantitative and analytical skills. Strong ownership mindset with bias for execution.
Excellent written & verbal communication
Interpersonal and storytelling skills to present SEO recommendations effectively.
High attention to detail, impact orientation, and a proactive approach to improvement.
