Position Overview:

• Role: Chief Manager – Business Planning
• Function: Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) with a focus on Business Planning
• Reporting Line: Directly reports to the Head of Business Planning, Nikunj Mundra. Nikunj reports to the Chief of Business Planning and IR, who reports to the CFO.
• Company: ICICI Prudential Life Insurance
• Purpose: This is a newly created role (not a replacement) to support expanded business planning needs.

Experience & Background Requirements:

• Total Experience: 8-9 years in relevant fields
• Industry Background: Preference for candidates from life insurance; general insurance or broader BFSI sector can be considered for exceptional profiles.
• Functional Expertise: Experience in business planning and FP&A, with strong skills in financial analysis, budgeting, and reporting.

Qualifications:

• Educational Background:
  • CA: Prefer candidates from the 2012-2016 batches.
  • MBA: Candidates from 2016 onward with an MBA from a reputable institution.

Budget: Compensation of 30 LPA or above.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute business planning processes.
• Perform financial analysis and reporting to support strategic decision-making.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate and timely reporting.
• Prepare reports and insights to support the Head of Business Planning.

This role will support ICICI Prudential’s strategic growth initiatives within the insurance sector.
