Job Summary
The position is designed to contribute to enhancing the company’s offerings in the Consumer Insurtech space, working towards maintaining high customer satisfaction and operational efficiency. The selected candidate will play a vital role in developing and implementing solutions that directly impact customer experiences and the company's revenue growth.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategies to improve customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance service offerings and resolve customer issues.
- Analyze customer feedback and operational data to identify areas for improvement.
- Maintain oversight of processes to ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies.
- Support the development of new product offerings that cater to consumer needs.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
- Proven experience in a customer-facing role, ideally within the consumer services or technology sectors.
- Strong analytical skills with a data-driven approach to problem-solving.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with insurtech or consumer protection services is a plus.
- Proficiency in relevant software tools (CRM systems, data analysis tools, etc.).
Preferred Skills
- Master’s degree in a relevant field.
- Experience with project management or leading cross-functional teams.
- Knowledge of financial and operational metrics in the insurtech industry.
Experience
