Job Description

Brand Strategy and Annual Planning

End to end planning and execution of innovative marketing campaigns, from collaborating with cross functional teams to understand on-going business and category requirements, working out how consumer/ category insights feed into communication strategy, briefing creative and media agencies, formulating media plans and creative asset development, leading associations, collaborations, driving innovations and 360 degree brand interventions, and analyzing campaign performance to plan future course of action

 

Brand Identity and Communication:

Ensure consistency in brand communication across channels and touchpoints. Develop brand guidelines and standards for visual identity, tone of voice, and brand personality. Collaborate with creative teams to design brand assets, including logos, packaging, and marketing materials.

 

Marketing and Advertising Campaigns:

Develop integrated marketing campaigns to promote brand awareness and drive sales. Create impactful campaigns across various channels. Monitor campaign performance, analyze key metrics, and optimize strategies for maximum ROI.

Work with cross-functional team (Internal-partners) creative & media agency (External-partners) to design & develop marketing campaigns for both offline & online medium. Track the efficiency & effectiveness of the campaigns and report as and when required.

 

Digital Brand Management:

Manage brand presence on digital platforms, including websites, social media, and e-commerce channels. Develop content strategies and oversee the creation of engaging digital assets (blogs, videos, social posts, etc.).Monitor online reputation and respond to customer inquiries or feedback in a timely manner.

 

Brand Performance Analysis:

Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess brand health and effectiveness of marketing initiatives. Prepare regular reports and presentations to communicate insights, trends, and recommendations to senior management. Identify opportunities for growth and innovation based on market insights and competitive intelligence.

 

Qualifications and Skills:

Minimum 3 years of working experience as a Brand Manager. Bachelor’s/Master degree in marketing, Business Administration, or related field.

Proven experience in brand management or marketing roles, preferably within the RTE or RTC (FMCG Industry)

Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.

Creative mindset with a passion for branding and storytelling.

Proficiency in marketing analytics tools, project management software, and Microsoft Office Suite.

Demonstrated leadership abilities and the capacity to drive cross-functional projects to completion.
