Role Overview

We are looking for a Delivery / Operations Manager who will be responsible for driving seamless delivery of projects, ensuring operational excellence, managing cross-functional teams, and improving delivery quality. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in project operations, backlog management, tools (Jira or similar), and end-to-end delivery governance.

 


 

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee complete project delivery lifecycle—planning, execution, monitoring, and closure
  • Manage daily delivery operations and ensure projects are completed on time with quality
  • Work closely with engineering, product, and customer teams to resolve blockers
  • Manage backlogs, prioritize tasks, and ensure accurate sprint planning & tracking
  • Use delivery tools like Jira (or similar tools) for project workflows, dashboards & reporting
  • Create and maintain delivery documentation, MIS reports, and process improvements
  • Conduct daily standups, weekly stakeholder reviews, and performance monitoring
  • Manage escalations, risks, dependencies, and delivery SLAs
  • Ensure governance, compliance, and continuous process optimization
  • Lead cross-functional coordination for project execution and operational efficiency
  • Serve as maker-checker for project deliverables, quality, testing & release readiness

 


 

Required Skills & Experience

  • 5–10 years of experience in Delivery Operations / Project Management
  • Strong background in IT operations, technology delivery, or product implementation
  • Experience using tools like Jira, Confluence, ServiceNow, Trello, or similar
  • Hands-on experience with Agile/Scrum/Kanban methodologies
  • Strong understanding of backlog management, sprint governance & delivery processes
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and team leadership skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Problem-solving mindset with strong analytical ability
