About the role

Overview

Product Manager

 

The Product Manager will lead the ideation and execution of the AAICare platform across product areas, as well as the management of their team leads. This unique opportunity is a combination of cloud/SaaS-based healthcare, diagnostics, genomics, and cutting-edge research.

 

This is an India-based role (fully remote) and you will directly report to the Chief Technology Officer.

 

Responsibilities

• Develop and refine prioritized product needs based on insights from market research, competitive analysis, customer engagement, business needs, and collaboration with subject matter experts.
• Own the successful delivery of your roadmap and share the success of the overall portfolio.
• Effectively identify and manage cross-team dependencies.
• Build effective relationships that matter at leadership levels of the organization with engineering, bioinformatics, research and development, marketing, and a variety of cross-functional stakeholders.
• Develop communications material, value propositions, and high-level strategic insights for internal as well as external teams
• Communicate the vision of the product, value proposition, and release goals to the cross-functional team and leadership as part of the release planning process.
• Ultimately, lead, develop, and manage a team of product managers.

 

Ideal Candidate

Must have:

• Entrepreneurial mindset with exceptional organizational skills
• Excellent communication – both oral & written
• Data-driven analytical approach & problem-solving skills
• 5+ years prior experience in software product management
• Expertise in documentation and pitch decks
• 2+ years of working experience in technology
• 3+ years managing a team
• Ability to collaborate with researchers, designers, engineers, clinicians & clients with equal ease

 

Good to have

• Product leadership experience especially in the health tech domain
• Demonstrated passion for AI
• Experience with PM productivity tools (JIRA, Figma, Google Analytics, etc.)

 

Basic Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree
• 5 years of cloud/ SaaS product management experience
• Effective leadership skills and ability to listen, communicate, and motivate teams
• Ability to guide and mentor colleagues for effective decision-making
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Customer-centric mindset
